Hello. My name is Penny, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. I offer personalized therapy for anger management, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship issues, and family conflict. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I work with adults, adolescents, teens, and couples; and I offer a compassionate and client-centered approach.
