Working with people of all ages find solutions to life's challenges is my specialty. I typically work with individuals, couples, and families with transition issues, communication, parenting, trauma and women's issues. My Narrative and Collaborative strengths-based therapy approach and EMDR training guide my conversations with people. I have also lived abroad for many years so this has helped me understand the challenges of cross-cultural issues. For my LPC & LMFT colleagues in private practice or providing supervision, I offer consultation services to support personal and professional growth.
