I have always been that one friend to come to for advice or support and I decided to turn that into a meaningful career. I genuinely care about people’s well-being and I want to make a difference in their lives-especially those who feel unseen or misunderstood. Making a client feel heard and understood requires both skill and genuine presence. I will give clients my full attention, listening to understand, not to fix. During our work together: I like to respond by validating their experience, acknowledging the emotional weight, create safety and connection and reinforce my presence and support. I like to create an environment of warmth, validation, and empathy. At the start of our work together, building rapport is very crucial.
