Penny received her Master’s and Education Specialist degree in School Counseling and Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. She also received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rider University. Penny has completed mental health training in perinatal and postpartum through Postpartum Support International (PSI). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor in the state of New Jersey. Penny has had experience working in hospital setting, partial setting, schools, outpatient, and private practice.
