The world today can be overwhelming, with many of us facing uncertainty and intense pressures that make it difficult to navigate daily life. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore and confront these challenges with greater clarity. As a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California and over 18 years of experience, I have worked extensively with individuals and families across all age groups. I specialize in addressing a variety of concerns, including trauma, ptsd, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and relationship difficulties. I treat my clients with respect and kindness, always staying attuned to their unique needs and experiences. My approach is grounded in sensitivity, ensuring that each individual feels heard. My style is non-formal, vocal , and collaborative. I focus on clients' current circumstances and distinct individual needs. I see clients in person or zoom.
