I am a National Certified Counselor and a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I offer brief, solution-focused sessions using a variety of evidenced based approaches. I work with individuals, couples and families of diverse backgrounds and my goal is to help my clients develop and express their best selves. I am the author of several books and I developed the "Parenting For Separated & Divorcing Moms & Dads" curriculum and the "Children Of Divorce Education" (CODE) program. I also speak Spanish with advanced fluency.
