Perimeter DBT was founded by three intensively trained DBT therapists with over 35 years of combined DBT experience. We wanted to build a full adherent DBT program to serve the greater Atlanta community. At Perimeter DBT we provide Individual DBT Therapy, Individual Skills Coaching, and DBT Group Skills Classes for adults, teens, and parents. We know that taking that first step to call and get help for yourself or a loved one can be overwhelming. At Perimeter DBT we strive to meet our clients where they are at and help them create changes in their life to build a life worth living.
