We all have our struggles that prevent us from being the best version of ourselves for our family, our friends, and for our personal freedom. As a former elementary, middle, and high school teacher along with my years in ministry I recognize that most of the time we are aware of what those struggles are but feel powerless to change. Counseling allows for conversations that encourage and scaffold that change.
