I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who attained my master's at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I've worked with adolescents, individuals, and couples in a community based and private practice setting. I currently work with adults whom are wanting to gain a better approach to their life while going through difficulties with transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, trauma, and/or life rediscoveries. My approach is warm and welcoming as this will help us build an organic rapport with one another. I’d like to describe my therapeutic approach as integrative and collaborative. This approach will allow the client to have an individualized experience. Moreover, I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, and stress management.
