I believe in the whole person. I believe that we are a product of not only our family values, but our environment, interpersonal relationships, goals, ambitions and ultimately our overall perspective of life. I believe mental health healing can be attained through a deep and impactful processing of these factors and how they either promote healthy functionality or significant struggle. Recognizing triggers, and utilizing appropriate coping alternatives can lead to not only holistic wellness, but valid and reliable strategies in the maintenance of mental health.
