I understand that life’s challenges can sometimes feel insurmountable and that we may feel stuck. Together, we can navigate the uncharted territory that is necessary to heal you. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am passionate about helping clients with identity concerns, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and ADHD. I also enjoy supporting clients with chronic illness and pain, body image, performance anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, adoption, parenting, and career and school challenges. Additionally, I welcome creatives, immigrants, and BIPOC. I use an integrative, holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally aware approach. My style is warm, empathetic, and thoughtful, as well as active, pragmatic, and concrete. I foster a safe environment for deep reflection and for developing and implementing the necessary tools to encourage desired change.
