Clients who tend to work well with me are Black women who are exhausted from years of carrying too much for others — emotionally, relationally, and often professionally. They may feel burned out, anxious, or overwhelmed, even while appearing capable and high-functioning. They crave personal and professional lives that truly nourish them, not ones that require ongoing self-sacrifice. They may not fully believe another way is possible yet, but they know the current way of living isn’t sustainable and are ready for something different.
