I believe in everyone's ability to change, heal, cope and feel joy. I work mostly with adults from a Family Systems perspective. This means I try to understand people as a whole and recognize that we are all being affected by the systems (family, work, communities etc) that surround us. I use primarily cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness based techniques to address your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
