I have the unique experience of growing up outside of the US as well as a previous career as a lawyer. Grow Therapy provides a platform to utilize my expertise as a therapist, to deliver high quality services to individuals in seek of therapy. I believe in the importance of fighting the stigma of seeking mental health treatment. I strive to be a source of hope for my clientele and have honed my skill set past experiences. It is my belief that creating a safe and nonjudgemental space for self-exploration is the cornerstone of a successful therapeutic relationship. My therapeutic philosophy is best described as "nurturing and cultivating the client's inner strengths.
