Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Post University and have been practicing and serving my community for the past 6 years. I help children ages 9 to 18, college students, young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions to become the very best versions of themselves. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
