When we meet, I will help you encounter yourself in a new way and accompany you as you explore different aspects of yourself. Together we will create an action plan to identify the necessary steps forward and work toward them. Whether we talk through your concerns, utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), explore hypnosis and subconscious resolution work, or engage in HeartMath and contemplative practices, a new beginning is approaching!
