In my practice, individuals who are dealing with mental health concerns will find a supportive, safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is person-centered which means that I will meet each client where they are at in the counseling process and help them work toward their individual or relational goals. I have completed the Sexual Health Certificate program at the University of Michigan in Sex Therapy. I take great pride in helping people normalize their gender/sexuality and assist them in living a full, healthy life.
