I take an integrative and collaborative approach to treatment, depending on clients’ goals, problems, and personalities. My current areas of practice include, but are not limited to: anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, phobias, depression, stress management, trauma, grief, and relationship problems. With over 13 years of experience working in entertainment and media, I excel at treating artists and creative professionals. Outside of private practice, I currently work as a supervisor at the UCLA Anxiety Disorders Clinic.
