I have been a practicing psychologist since 1989 helping individuals and couples in emotional distress due to the many sources of adult unhappiness: romantic disappointment, family strife, alcohol or substance addiction, job stress, chronic or life-threatening illness, problems with aging. I also offer consulting services to licensed psychotherapists, and offer supervision services to MFT and Psychologist interns at Savera Psychological Services. The biggest influences on my work have been from Carl Jung, Carl Rogers, and Mark Epstein. I am licensed in California and Idaho.
