Hello. I'm Peter L. Hoffman, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles. For over a decade, I have maintained a strength-based, person-centered practice open to individuals and couples. I have an eclectic approach that meets you where you are, and I work collaboratively and with deep empathy. I am LGBTQ-affirming, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based, and hope that together we can move beyond indecision, insecurity, inertia and fear to capture the essence of who you want to be.
