I work from a strengths-based perspective with the belief that we all possess unique skills and abilities that can help us transcend painful circumstances, leading us to a recognition of the richness and meaning that is possible in our lives. I have worked extensively with individuals (from college age to older adulthood) and couples dealing with mental health issues such as depression; anxiety; trauma; problems in relationships; substance abuse; and bipolar disorder. I formerly specialized in psychotherapy with older adults at UCLA Health in LA for almost 10 years before moving back to NYC in 2023. Licensed in NY, NJ, CA, and MA.
