I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 20 years experience helping people recover from difficulties such as relationship issues, anxiety, parenting concerns, family conflict, depression, and grief and loss. I use effective, non-judgmental therapeutic techniques to bring about positive change and develop practical tools for my clients to strengthen their coping skills and relationships, including CBT, Clinical hypnotherapy, ACT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens, using a strength based approach to help clients.
