I enjoy helping individuals through the ongoing process of "becoming" and feeling more comfortable in their own skin. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with anxiety, identity and self-esteem conflicts, relationship difficulties, and depression. Other areas of focus in my practice include working on enhancing creativity, reducing shyness and inhibition, and overcoming procrastination. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. I hold an advanced training certificate in Psychoanalysis. I also have post graduate training in Group Psychotherapy, which I believe can be a powerful adjunct to individual work.
