My name is Peter McCaffrey, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed independent addictions counselor. I am a graduate of the Rutgers University school of social work in Newark, New Jersey. I am licensed as an LCSW in both Arizona and New Jersey. I am certified in EMDR therapy through the EMDR International Association. My specialties are treatment of trauma and PTSD, addictions, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues, including life transition and retirement issues. I utilize EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic techniques in my work.
