I provide telehealth therapy and serve all of California and Colorado. I specialize in twice-exceptional teens and professional adults. I fit best with clients who appreciate humor and laughter, prefer natural-feeling conversations, and who are looking to build a therapuetic relationship based on genuineness, acceptance, and transparency. Clients who typically benefit most with me include clients struggling with sadness, worries, emotional swings, stressful situations or events, social or relationship challenges, or high-functioning autism. Over the last 16 years, I have built expertise promoting positive change in behavioral health roles ranging from in-home, clinic and community counseling, autism and behavior support, school counseling, case management, executive leadership, and organization quality improvement.
