Thank you for taking time to read about my practice. My name is Peter, and I’m a licensed psychotherapist with experience working with adolescents and young adults. I work with a warmer approach, incorporating evidence based practice in my sessions, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, motivation, and transitions. My background and experience include work in outpatient treatment, in-home outreach, and community practice settings.
