I work with a diverse caseload of clients and specialize in helping those who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety and trauma disorders, addiction, and personality disorders. I take an eclectic approach to providing therapy and tend to utilize aspects of several methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to name a few. I use sessions to focus on psycho-educating clients to understand the relationships and connections between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and assist with learning how to sow the seeds of change through mindful exploration of unhealthy patterns.
