This may be your first foray into individual therapy, or you may be a seasoned patient in need of a new therapeutic voice and perspective. I have a wealth of experience treating the issues of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, codependency, and others having worked in inpatient/outpatient psychiatric settings and crisis lines in my beloved Washington, D.C. for 14 years.
