I work with adults seeking therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe you're feeling disconnected, lost, or stressed. Maybe you’re feeling stuck and not sure why, but are ready for change. I am a firm believer that no one knows you better than you know yourself and that the relationship in therapy is more important than coping skills or worksheets. Life is never quite what we plan and we can all use a little support to get back on track. I approach therapy from a person-centered lens, meaning the therapy is guided by your needs and interests, and the way your mind and body work. I will always walk alongside you, never in front. I think the most difficult experiences can yield the most profound lessons — and that it can still be wrenching to go through those experiences.
