I enjoy working with teens and adults who is looking for relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Many of these stressors can lead to a crisis, substance abuse, and thoughts of suicide. Wanting to find relief from these struggles can be daunting, yet it is possible. I believe that each individual needs to be considered as a whole and the therapy process should be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.
