Healing begins in relationship, whether you're a child expressing big feelings through play, or an adult working through old wounds and new challenges. I offer a warm, attachment-based approach that honors where you are and gently supports growth, connection, and resilience. For children, I use play therapy to help them express what they may not yet have words for. Through developmentally attuned, child centered play, children begin to feel safe, seen, and understood. For adults, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore experiences, past and present, and how they may be affecting daily life.
