I am a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Health Coach with a broad range of experience in private practice, schools and universities, a private psychiatric hospital, and community mental health clinics. I believe that a strong, collaborative relationship between the client and therapist is instrumental in making change and growth possible. In a warm and caring environment, I help clients move forward with hope despite sometimes difficult circumstances; improve relationship and communication skills; and mobilize their strengths toward achieving life goals. I am insurance eligible, and many clients receive out-of-network coverage for their sessions.
