As an experienced, evidence-based trauma therapist, I love helping people be the full, rich, and authentic people they truly are. Often our childhood, families, and/or traumas get in the way of being fully and endearingly human. Common areas I help with: self-esteem, overwhelm, effective communication, managing conflict, avoidance, building trust, healthy relationships, and meaning making. I do not give homework, but rather we work collaboratively to create and select experiments for you to try outside of sessions to build skills and feel more founded in your strengths.
