Hi there, my name is Peyton Shelton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kentucky. I work with clients 13 y/o and up and specialize in helping those struggling with anxiety and depression (along with other life stressors and struggles). I also specialize in using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strengths based therapy to assist my clients in becoming the best versions of themselves.
