You don’t need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to reflect, explore challenges and strengths, and take an active role in your healing. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to share your story, ease what’s been weighing on you, and discover healthier ways of coping—moving at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of middle school, the twists of high school, or the leap into young adulthood, I’m here to walk with you through it.
