I am passionate about meeting client's where they are at and creating a judgment free zone. I am experienced in working with client's who are in life transitions, whether it be grief from a personal loss, or divorce. I believe that you know what is best for you, and having a therapist to travel through hard times with can provide heartfelt value. I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addiction counselor, gray area substance use can feel overwhelming to address, talking about use in a safe environment can help to shift some of the guilt and shame. I also offer mental health and substance assessment services. I am trained in DBT, dialectical behavioral therapy, and will often use skills in individual sessions to help clients with a variety of challenges, including stepparenting and blended families, anxiety, substance use, behavioral addictions, and struggles with regulating anger.
