I'm Phil, and I have been practicing in East Idaho since 2011, specializing in substance abuse treatment, PTSD (combat veterans/military sexual trauma), couples counseling, and individuals caught in the legal system with dual diagnosis (substance abuse disorder and mental health diagnosis).
