My ideal client is someone who feels weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or the effects of trauma and unhealthy relationships. They may feel stuck in old patterns, unsure of how to move forward, but they still hold a desire for change. What they want most is relief from pain, clarity in their emotions, and healthier ways of coping. Their goal is not only to survive difficult times, but to find hope, healing, and a stronger sense of self. I specialize in trauma-focused care with experience in addictions, PTSD, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Using CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, I help clients build coping skills, process trauma, and move toward greater strength and clarity.
