Philip Farrugia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In addition to working in private practice at Hudson View Mental Health, I have been a School Counselor in Rockland County, NY for the past 20 years where I have had extensive experience working with adolescents and their families. As a school counselor, I have worked with students with complex family situations, those with mental health issues, and is an LGBTQ affirming counselor and therapist.
