Hi, I’m Philip—a compassionate, trauma-informed counselor dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, and grounding techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. My experience with student-athletes at EMU has deepened my understanding of stress, resilience, and performance. I honor the impact of culture, identity, and systemic factors in each person’s journey and strive to walk alongside clients with warmth, respect, and curiosity.
