I have been in the mental health field for many years and have experienced people with a wide variety of common struggles. I believe it’s important to heal the whole person, mind, body, soul and your social world. I use eclectic treatment solution based therapies. These include, mindfulness, cognitive processing and accelerated resolution therapies and more.
