Hello and welcome! Mental health finally has the recognition it deserves and you should feel proud of yourself for being so brave and taking charge of your mental well-being. I have worked at a community mental health agency since 2020, and now am excited to bring my experience to my own practice. I have helped all kinds of people with mental health struggles including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD (adults and children), anger management and much more.
