Being vulnerable and reaching out for help when you need it can be a challenge. Brené Brown states, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing. It’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage.” I am here to support adults facing mood, behavior, and thinking challenges, assisting them in navigating difficult times or circumstances they may be facing. I provide a trauma-informed approach in working with clients, focusing on the specific needs of the individual client. I take pride in building a positive relationship with those I serve. Working together, we develop appropriate goals for treatment and work collaboratively to make progress toward achieving those goals.
