Feeling stuck often means something meaningful is happening outside of awareness. Many of my clients arrive noticing recurring difficulties in relationships, emotional disconnection, or an internal sense of being divided against themselves, but don’t yet know what’s getting in the way. My work is depth-oriented and grounded in the belief that equanimity exists within you, even if access to it has been obscured. In therapy, I help clients turn toward their inner experience with curiosity. We pay close attention to emotions, experience, and relational patterns, especially the adapted protective strategies that once helped but may now be limiting life.
