Whether it's struggles in living life as your true, authentic self and making choices consistent with your values, or struggles from expected/unexpected life events such as grieving the loss of loved one(s), I am committed to being a part of your journey. As a 1.5 generation Vietnamese American psychologist, I value cultural humility. My approach centers healing through authentic connection and integrating mind-body practices such as mindfulness and yoga therapy. I truly believe in empowering clients to knowing their gifts and discovering what works for them in finding joy and being fully present in life.
