We are all on a path to pursue the greatest version of ourselves we can achieve. Sometimes before being able to reach that, we need to clear out the cobwebs in order to define where we want to go with our lives. I am a therapist who enjoys working with people and to ask the questions and point out some potential sticking points that can serve to get you on your way to increased self awareness and sense of fulfillment with life. Whatever you are coping with, whether it be anxiety, depression or a life transition, I strongly believe there are ways to help get you to where you want to be.
