Welcome! I work with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan, and offer individual therapy, family therapy and parent/ caregiver consultation. I believe in the innate wisdom and dignity within each of us and use empathy, ritual, playfulness and imagination to support you in honoring your strengths and hurts and moving on from patterns that may no longer serve you or your family. I'm passionate about supporting identity development, healing processes, conflict resolution, life transitions, communication and relationship skills building, and creative pursuits.
