You're here, you made it! You're taking the first step to seeking help and I can't wait for us to get working! My specialties include those on the Autism and ADHD spectrums, Complex Trauma and PTSD, as well as Attachment related concerns. I also work with those from marginalized communities, those working through depression and anxiety, and anyone looking to examine your life from another lens. I work to fit my treatment to the individual needs of each and every client and pride myself on meeting clients where they're at in every stage of change. From seasoned therapy pros to those trying it out for the first time, I welcome all! My aim as a clinician is never to build reliance or to minimize the amazing person that you are. I focus on work that will challenge you, build up your already strong internal resources, while offering a neutral ear as you begin applying your new way of being. I utilize various modalities, primarily ACT and DBT (adapted for neurodivergent clients)
