My name is Jeff Zajkowski and for the past 20 years I have dedicated myself to helping individuals with mental health, addiction and substance abuse issues. I utilize multiple treatment techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, client-centered therapy, and psychoanalytic theory. I also have specific training in rapport building, breakthrough techniques and in pinpointing crucial onset events. I work with adults and adolescents.
