If you’re feeling confused, unsure, or needing a listening ear… come talk to me! While I’m always studying the mind and it’s functions, I have over 13+ years of experience. I’ve worked with individuals and couples with cognitive deficits, psychosis, depression, PTSD, martial issues, and mood disorders, etc. I have experience in several different modalities, but I specialize in what works best for the individuals I’m serving. Making myopic decisions are not in my practice. I like to focus on inclusion for treatment to help ameliorate anxieties surrounding making life changes. My motto is, change won’t come until you come to change.
